We ship worldwide. UPS 2-3 Day Express orders are processed next business day and received within 3 day after shipped. UPS Ground orders are processed within 3 business days and received between 5-7 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Tracking numbers are sent to the email address on the order, once shipped. Use tracking to keep up with your package. If an item is returned due to insufficient address or unclaimed, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs. Once the order is received by the carrier, Draped Outfitters, is no longer responsible for the package. Contact your carrier for any issues with delivery.
