We ship worldwide. UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air orders are shipped next business day. UPS Ground orders are processed within 3 business days and received between 4-7 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Apartment number must be included, if applicable. Tracking numbers are sent to the email address on the order, once shipped. Use tracking to keep up with your package. If an item is returned due to insufficient address or unclaimed, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs. Once the order is received by the carrier, Draped Outfitters, is no longer responsible for the package. Contact your carrier for any issues with delivery.
